Vietnamese candidates
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve daily targets and ensure smooth utility services and shipments.
- Build cooperative relationships to ensure process compliance with laws and standards.
- Maintain clear communication via reports, emails, and meetings for timely decisions.
- Identify problems, apply solutions, and reduce waste to maintain production standards.
- Plan headcount, budgets, and control expenses through effective financial reviews.
- Apply new technologies, processes, and quality standards with necessary updates.
- Oversee outsourcing for sewing, washing, and embroidery activities.
- Lead and develop employees, working with HR to improve performance and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, health and safety, and buyer requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.
- Lean Manufacturing is preferred.

- Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process (from end to end)
- Problem solving skills, Decision making skills, Time management skills
- Communication skills, Demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Minimum of in 5 years&apos experience in similar capacity.
