About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong production management skills in the garment or manufacturing sector, capable of driving efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality, and efficiency are met.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all production activities across departments.
• Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of supervisors and operators.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements & Advantages:

• Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Production, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in garment production or related manufacturing operations.
• Prior leadership experience managing large-scale production teams.
• Experience in Vietnam or overseas is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates should be ready to join ASAP.
