Overview:
Manage and ensure planning department for on time goods ready date which sales department requested.
Monitor and supervise production line to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Manage all related things/raw materials/semi products and efficiency in production line for on time production as planned, managing progress to see if there is any chance to continuously improve.
Ensure machineries are always available and ready to use without any maintenance problem happened while machine is running.
Ensure all production items, finished and semi product are in order with good arrangement.
Manage all production resources effectively to optimize productivity daily and in the long run and to be aligned with company financial and goals.
Ensure timely completion of other production tasks from top management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues or challenges.
Conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinating and managing the workforce to achieve efficient production output.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Monitor and manage inventory to ensure availability of required materials for production.
Assist in implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols within the production area.
Follow and implement all needed requests from top management for companys certificates.
Train, reinforce, enhance skill of workers to perform the job done well.
Requirement
5-10 years experience in managing manufacturing production for PU/PVC leather
Good English communication.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Flexibility ability in problem solving, making decision and managing workers as long as its aligned with companys goals and objectives.
Experience on coating/printing PU & PVC is a plus.
