Manage Product Road Map and Line up in alignment with overall business strategy and objectives for Home Appliances products.
Set, track, and manage sales team KPIs (Sales, Profit, Awards), continuously monitoring performance against established targets.
Develop and execute marketing plans and support activities, including the organization of marketing events as required.
Oversee PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) planning and stock management, aligning production with sales forecasts while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports and conduct detailed analyses of business performance.
Manage effective product marketing materials across both online and offline channels.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between LG Headquarters in Korea and Vietnam operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Product Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
Experience in the Home Appliances industry is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Business English (direct reporting to a Korean Product Director).
Strong data management and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.
