Role Overview

You will serve as the bridge between advertising products and the frontline sales team — someone who deeply understands the product suite while leveraging data analytics to maximize revenue. This role goes beyond selling: it involves building go-to-market strategies, designing tailored advertising solutions for sellers, and ensuring KPI delivery across execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

High-Value Product & Ads Sales: Directly pitch and close premium product packages (Gold Supplier, Verified Supplier, Display Ads such as Sponsored Brand / PSA, Performance Ads such as AISC / Manual Campaign). Master product features, pricing models, and bundle strategies to advise sellers across different segments.
Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor revenue dashboards, ad consumption metrics, conversion rates, and follow-up rates. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities from data — then translate findings into concrete action plans for the sales team.
Pitch Deck & Client Engagement: Build and customize pitch decks tailored to target clients (by industry, scale, and growth stage). Conduct live pitches with sellers, especially key accounts requiring comprehensive advertising solutions.
KPI Management & Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Direct Sales and Channel teams to allocate targets and track weekly/monthly/quarterly progress. Recommend tactical adjustments when KPIs fall short (bundle rate, ad consumption, renewal rate, etc.).
Product & Market Strategy: Research market dynamics, competitor offerings, and seller behavior to recommend product improvements, pricing adjustments, and promotions. Contribute to sales playbooks and training materials for the team.
Training & Client Education: Organize training sessions and workshops for sellers on effective use of advertising products, ad budget optimization, and on-platform marketing strategy. Develop educational materials, best practices, and real-world case studies to empower sellers to self-serve.
Product Project Management: Initiate and manage projects related to new products, features, or promotional programs. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales ops to ensure projects are delivered on time and on target.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales, digital advertising, or e-commerce. Prior experience selling SaaS products, online advertising, or working on e-commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
Data Analytics Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, basic dashboards). Ability to interpret data, build trend charts, and derive actionable insights. SQL or BI tool knowledge is a plus.
Pitch Deck & Presentation: Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides or Keynote. A portfolio of past pitch decks is a strong advantage. Ability to tailor content to different audiences with clean, persuasive slide design.
Sales & Closing Skills: Experience pitching face-to-face or virtually to business clients. Familiarity with consultative selling, objection handling, and creating urgency in the sales process.
KPI Management: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment (monthly/quarterly/annual). Knows how to break down KPIs, track progress, and pivot strategy when needed.
Languages: Fluent Vietnamese (required). Strong working English (reading, email, basic presentations). Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
