Product Owner

About the Role!

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong technical background to drive the development of financial products, including payments, cards, and lending. This role focuses on ensuring systems operate correctly and reliably in real-world production, acting as a bridge between Product – Engineering – Operations, and owning end-to-end transaction flows.

Role Description

1. Analyze requirements and translate them into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria; manage the product backlog

2. Collaborate with Engineering to design transaction flows, payment flows, and system logic (including error handling, retries, and reconciliation)

3. Participate in designing/reviewing APIs, integrations, and data flows; work with external partners on system integration

4. Ensure product readiness for go-live (UAT, edge case validation, operational readiness) and monitor post-launch performance

5. Optimize systems to reduce manual operations, increase automation, and improve operational stability 6. Coordinate across teams to ensure delivery timelines and quality

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred from top technical universities)

2. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Technical Product (fintech experience is a plus)

3. Strong understanding of transaction flows, settlement, reconciliation; payment/card/lending systems

4. Technical mindset: solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and system flows; able to work closely with engineers

5. Strong execution capability, attention to detail, and high ownership

6. Preferred: experience working on products with real money movement (real transactions)
