About The Role
The Product Manager, Partner Platform leads the development of platforms that empower Elfies partners to operate at scale and engage their end users effectively. This role is critical in enabling our partners to achieve measurable business outcomes through innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions.

What Youll Do
- Define and own the roadmap for the Partner Platform ecosystem, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and operational excellence.
- Deeply understand partner needs and workflows to design and deliver scalable, innovative platform capabilities that drive business impact and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (partnerships, product, engineering, operations) to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Balance customization and scalability, addressing specific partner requirements while ensuring the platform remains extensible and sustainable.
- Leverage data and insights to measure platform adoption, partner ROI, and user engagement, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Enable adoption and success through clear documentation, onboarding, and enablement resources that help partners unlock platform value.
What Youll Need
- 35+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B platforms, healthcare technology, or partner-facing products.
- Proven experience working with partners such as pharma, insurers, or other regulated industries, with a strong focus on B2B product enablement.
- Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures that support external platforms.
- Skilled in stakeholder managementbalancing diverse partner needs with internal priorities.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure platform adoption, partner ROI, and user engagement.
