About The Role
The Platform Product Manager owns the strategy and roadmap for internal tools that drive operational excellence and efficiency across Elfie. This role enables internal teams to deliver impact at scale by equipping them with intuitive, reliable, and scalable platforms that streamline workflows and accelerate growth.

What Youll Do
- Define and own the roadmap for internal platform tools that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, product, and business units) to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring tools are reliable, simple, and impactful for internal users.
- Enhance automation and optimization capabilities that streamline workflows and reduce operational friction.
- Leverage data and insights to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and guide product decisions that maximize impact
- Drive adoption and enablement by delivering clear documentation, training, and enablement for internal stakeholders.
What Youll Need
- 35+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with internal tooling or platform products.
- Strong understanding of process automation, operational efficiency, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Agile product ownership, backlog management, and sprint execution.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; empathy for internal users is essential.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product decisions.
