ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Manager, People & Culture Business Partner who will be in charge to partner with business leaders to shape a resilient and agile organisation for scalability. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MNC real estate background, with exposure to international people practices.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Partner with business leaders to shape a resilient and agile organisation for scalability.
- Operates as a trusted partner to drive strategic business and people priorities with P&C represented in business decision-making.
- Be accountable for and provides regular updates to business leaders and Head of P&C on the performance BU/departments plans and strategies.
- Proactively drives employee engagement to build targeted culture styles.
- Partner with managers and leaders to co-create and execute people plans to address current and future business needs.
- Lead and/or participate in P&C projects, ensuring successful delivery within timeline and budget.
- Review, update and implement P&C policies and procedures with alignment to Groups framework and local legislation needs.
- Manage and coordinate the annual performance review process. Participate in market remuneration surveys and conduct analysis of market trends to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits for the region.
- Keep abreast of employment legislation in various jurisdictions and provide guidance to business leaders.
- Facilitate in the annual learning needs conversations, assess individual learning needs and recommend interventions to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Develop communications plans, materials/information kits for company-wide and intended capability building programmes and convey messages in various digital channels to drive engagement.
- Responsible for quarterly forecast process and manpower budgeting exercises.
- Business Partnering 60% / Learning & Development 40%.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree preferably in HR studies, organisational development/psychology.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MNC real estate background, with exposure to international people practices.
- Well versed in Vietnam labour law and its relevant regulations.
- Excellent command of English, with both written & oral communication skills.
- Good cross-cultural awareness / sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills with an international mindset to influence and facilitate effective working with stakeholders across diverse cultures and different levels of the organization.
- Proven track-record of managing relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
- Possess strong analytical and project management skills to manage and execute company-wide strategic initiatives and programmes.
- A curious and inquisitive mindset to offer innovative ideas and improvement in a complex set up.
- Experience in managing digital learning platforms and technical knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management, specifically in the modules of Learning, Performance Management modules will be an advantage.
