We are Annam Software a 100 % foreign-owned product house building the next-generation Omnicasa property CRM for the European market. Our legacy web (Vue 2) and Windows desktop apps still serve 3000+ agents, but were rebuilding everything on Vue 3 + React + Tauri. To move fast and smart we need a Product Manager who lives inside PostHog, turns events into insights, and tells us exactly which features make the cut for MVP-1. If you love SQL, funnels, cohorts, and saying let the data decide, read on.
Your Skills and Experience
What you will own
- PostHog end-to-end: architect taxonomy, instrument events, set up feature flags, create dashboards, build cohorts, own data quality.
- Define North-Star metric and 35 key drivers for the new CRM; review weekly with execs.
- Run weekly growth experiments: hypothesis PostHog A/B readout ship/roll-back.

- Write concise PRDs with clear success metrics (measurable in PostHog).
- Collaborate with different teams (FE, BE, QA, Design, Customer Success) in Linear + Confluence; run sprints, groom backlogs, cut scope ruthlessly.
