We are looking for an experienced Development Manager with strong expertise in apparel (hats & footwear). You will lead our new core team, drive the full product development process, and ensure excellence from concept to commercialization.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (Design, Sourcing, Pattern Making, Costing, IE, Tooling).
• Manage the full product lifecycle: concept development commercialization.
• Drive the team to meet key development and production deadlines.
• Proactively identify and solve complex technical/operational issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Extensive experience in product development management (preferably 10+ years) with strong background in apparel/ footwear/headwear
• Proved experience as development manager/ senior manager roles
• Proven leadership & team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end product development process
• Exceptional problem-solving & decision-making ability.
• Good command in English.
• Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production process.
