We are looking for a software project manager to take over the management of the growing projects portfolio of Software Development department.
You will be accountable for driving the entire product lifecycle, from product definition through specification, coding, quality assurance and launch to the world. This role needs to communicate regularly with various stakeholders (product managers, project managers, directors) on status, risks and help needed. Key job responsibilities - Manage delivery of complex customer-facing programs working across teams and organizations within Corsair as well as with external partners - Work with product management, engineering teams and external partners and define technical requirements - Cover end to end program management for the entire lifecycle of the program from planning till launch including aspects such as planning, risk management, requirements management, change management and stakeholder management. - Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management. - Implement or enable continuous improvement processes in team so as to maximize team productivity. - Develop, Own, and report on: program goals, performance, efficacy and efficiency to a variety of stakeholders across different technical domains and at varying cadences (weekly / monthly / quarterly) through well written documents for area of responsibility. - Take ownership of the processes pertaining to supplying the development team with necessary software and hardware solutions and device samples required in day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Qualified candidates have experience defining projects, collecting requirements, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization. Cross-team collaboration, agile project management, data analysis, and executive communication skills are essential. Knowledge of the following is required: product development life cycle, release processes, agile project management. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of relevant work experience in technical product management in a software applications environment. An undergraduate degree in software-product management, computer science, or equivalent experience is required. English proficiency is required.
