Product Coordinator (French), Vietnam

We're looking for a French-speaking Product Coordinator to join our team in Vietnam!

In this role, you'll support the day-to-day work of the Product team; from updating trip information and content to helping with pricing, product reviews and keeping our systems accurate. Working with teams across Sales, Contracting, Operations, Reservations and Finance, you'll get to see how all the different pieces of a trip come together.

You'll also spend time getting to know our destinations, researching new ideas, working with suppliers and joining site inspections. When something needs fixing or an itinerary could be better, you'll help the team look at what's happening and find a practical way forward.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work on-site at our office in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Some of the experience you'll bring may include:

• Experience managing a range of tourism products, with an interest in trip pricing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and local languages, with English being an added advantage.
• Experience in trip design and operations, preferably within small group adventure travel or a similar setting.
• Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and third-party suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Knowledge of small group travel operations and incident management.
