Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor ethylene plant reliability and recurring issues; lead root-cause studies and improvement actions.
• Analyze daily production performance gaps and implement initiatives to optimize output.
• Review economics and develop process improvements to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability.
• Review and recommend SOPs for process improvements; ensure proper implementation.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and hazard analysis to maintain safe, reliable operation.
• Support pre- and post-TAM activities to ensure safe and reliable plant restart.
• Prepare and review safety documents for equipment design changes.
• Lead PSSR for new or modified equipment before commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering.
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in process engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
• Required skills: Well understand production process knowledge; Fast response and flexible for unplan situation management; Good Collaboration among related team.
• Good command of English (4 skills).
