Founded in 2016, Ecombest is a B2B service provider in E-commerce product R&D, product design, digital marketing and global operational support for both domestic and international clients.

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., under guidance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, prepare periodic reports, and propose optimization solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop content and ensure campaign timelines are met.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

2. Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates and interns - no prior working experience required.
• Good English proficiency (ability to read specialized materials and work with international platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Interest in e-commerce and US-UK culture, with an understanding of international consumer behavior.

• Quick-thinking with strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially in handling advertising platform metrics.
• Careful, responsible, proactive at work, and eager to continuously learn.
• Proactively update knowledge about advertising platforms and market trends.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

Income & Compensation:

• Salary: Fresher: 8–10 million VND. Junior: Negotiable based on competence and practical experience.
• Performance Review: Salary evaluation and review 1 time per year.
• 13th-Month Salary.
