Job Description
- Oversee production line operations, including equipment, tooling, jigs and fixtures, indirect material consumption, standard time control, and the development of manufacturing work instructions.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency while reducing production costs and labor time.
- Work closely with Quality Engineers to maintain and improve product quality.
- Monitor daily production processes and promptly address any issues that fall outside quality control standards.
- Supervise PE Technicians and provide guidance to ensure effective execution of Process Engineering tasks.
- Ensure all working methods, machinery, and tooling comply with safety requirements.
- Develop and implement safety procedures in accordance with guidelines issued by the Safety Committee.
- Optimize production line layouts to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
