We are looking for a results-driven Partnership Manager based in Vietnam to join our growing international team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling partnerships, driving high-quality traffic, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in Vietnam
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and collaboration formats
- Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and overall performance
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics)
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with partnership networks, direct publishers, or influencers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance reports
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
