Job Description

Position: Special Project - Top Creator management (Signed contract with PERSOL)

Location: Nexus Building; Ton Duc Thang Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working time: Mon – Fri (9 AM – 6 PM)

Duration: 12 months

Responsibility

Creator Management Assistance:

Analyze and update the performance of top creators
Facilitate cooperation of project sellers and platform top creators
Increase the stickiness of creators with the project using strong negotiation and communication skills
Operational task support: promotion setup, livestream performance tracking, top creators data management

Campaign Nomination & Tracking:

In charge of KLS nomination processes, including data collection, verification, and integration of inputs from multiple groups.
Monitor campaign progress and follow up with the XFN team to achieve the targets
Post CP follow-up reviews with sellers/creators to identify improvement plans

Assortments:

Acknowledge project weekly top assortments to identify an accurate matchmaking strategy

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Ads Operations Support:

Support VSA ad operations by coordinating video selections, managing nominations, and assisting in creator-seller collaborations.

Ad-Hoc Support:

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in Talent/KOC management with e-commerce knowledge
Creator management experience in e-commerce, assortments strategy understanding, and the ability to identify suitable assortments to conduct matchmakings
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Data-driven, strong organizational skills with attention to details
Fluent English and Vietnamese command.
