As we continue expanding our Accounting Automation Services for fast-growing digital businesses, we are looking for an Accounting Services Specialist to join our accounting operations team.

Role Overview

The Accounting Services Specialist will support the delivery of accounting and reporting services for eCommerce clients, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, and reliable financial records. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong technical accounting skills while working in a fast-paced digital business environment.

Responsibilities

Support accounting services for eCommerce clients across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other channels.

Prepare bookkeeping entries, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting reports.

Assist in preparing tax filings and financial statements under supervision.

Process and organize transaction data from marketplaces, payment gateways, and banking sources.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Maintain accounting working papers, client records, and internal documentation.

Support continuous improvement of accounting workflows and automation processes.

Assist senior team members in delivering high-quality client services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, or related fields.

Good understanding of bookkeeping principles, tax compliance, and financial statements.

Familiarity with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS); exposure to IFRS or US GAAP is a plus.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial data.

Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and willingness to learn.

Experience with eCommerce clients or digital businesses is an advantage.

Experience from professional services firms is a plus.
