Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Retain & enhance the close relationship with the existing corporate merchant portfolio in Vietnam to secure better commercial terms & support for WOGI's business.
  • Manage the end-to-end process and discussions to acquire and onboard new merchants in line with WOGI's partnership strategy in Vietnam, including: lead generation, first contact, preparing merchant decks, meetings, commercial terms negotiation, admin processes, contract signing to onboarding, integration and follow-up.
  • Identify partnership opportunities aligned with the business goals; define success measures and prioritize new initiatives to drive merchant growth across all WOGI verticals (Perks, RBS, Merchandise).
  • Build and maintain catalog profiles for client proposals and align with client demands.
  • Work with and support the Partnership Manager in closing key deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to execute assigned campaigns and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain reports and provide updates to the Partnership Manager, Regional Partnership Director and Country Manager to ensure all deliverables are tracked.
  • Represent WOGI at trade exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities as required
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all in-house technology, services for merchants
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12 years as a Partnership Executive; experience in the digital gifting industry is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working with merchants and managing the full onboarding process.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of the team on large projects.
  • Proactive, with the ability to secure strong relationships and identify new business opportunities,solid understanding of the partnership lifecycle (sourcing,negotiation,onboarding,management) and proven ability to negotiate win-win partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good communication skills in English is a must.
