Overseas Operations Lead-Apparel & Accessories

1. Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute medium‑to‑long‑term strategies for Anta's overseas supply chain, driving and delivering forward‑looking deployment of Anta's global supply chain.
2. Cost Optimization: Lead end‑to‑end value‑chain cost optimization covering raw‑material & trim sourcing, garment manufacturing, cross‑border logistics, customs clearance and warehousing; systematically manage and improve total cost of ownership (TCO).
3. Compliance & Risk Control: Proactively monitor shifts in international trade and regulatory policies, develop responsive countermeasures promptly to ensure business compliance and cost predictability.
4. Operation System: Oversee capacity planning and delivery management for overseas suppliers; build and refine standardized operation and quality‑assurance systems for overseas supply chain.

Job Requirements

1. Professional Experience: Minimum 5‑year supply‑chain experience in apparel industry, with hands‑on project delivery and operation‑management experience in Southeast Asia or Middle‑East markets.
2. Technical Competence: Solid practical experience in material & garment development, production planning, mass production and quality control.
3. People Management: Proven track record managing cross‑cultural / multinational teams of 10+ members.
4. Language Proficiency: English as working language; proficiency in Vietnamese and Mandarin is a strong plus.
