The Overseas Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with overseas agents and partners. This role includes overseeing the nomination process, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with foreign agents, and supporting the logistics operations to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with overseas agents/partners.
- Negotiate rates & terms to ensure competitive services.
- Manage nomination process and support Sales & Operations to meet customer requirements.
- Expand agent network, conduct market research, and enhance global presence.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company at global conferences and agent meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- 5+ years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/International Trade, with 3+ years in management.
- Proven experience in overseas agent development.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of international shipping regulations & documentation.
