We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives related to Failed Deliveries and Customer Returns (FDCR). This role ensures alignment between internal teams (Warehouse, Customer Service, Commercial, Finance) and external platforms/3PLs, to reduce financial losses and improve recovery. The Project Manager will oversee strategic improvement initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure high-quality, data-driven reporting to management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the FDCR project roadmap across all stakeholders.
- Act as the main coordinator with Warehousing, 3PLs, Platform Partners, and internal departments.
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce return rates and stock losses.
- Develop and maintain structured reporting to management on FDCR performance and initiatives.
- Validate business hypotheses using data provided by Analyst; convert insights into action plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and drive accountability across teams.
- Escalate recurring disputes and financial leakages to platform partners for resolution.
- Provide leadership support to the Analyst and Reverse Logistics Team Lead.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.
- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms or 3PLs is a plus.
