Officer, Warehouse (Finished Goods Warehouse)

Your Job

As an Officer, Warehouse, you will implement finished-goods warehouse processes and lead the warehouse team to support safe, accurate, and timely warehouse operations. You will coordinate receiving, inventory control, packing, shipment preparation, and SAP transactions while contributing to the team's quality and delivery goals.

Our Team

You will join the DSS Warehouse team at Molex Hung Yen, Vietnam, and report to the Manager, Warehouse. The team works closely with internal departments and the outsourced warehouse to support finished-goods operations and customer deliveries.

What You Will Do

• Implement warehouse processes for imported spare parts and goods, including receiving, condition checking, inventory settlement, and product packing.
• Coordinate finished-goods shipment preparation to customers and conduct periodic stock quantity checks.
• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions, reports, and data entries in SAP.
• Lead warehouse operators through on-the-job training, coaching, and performance assessment.
• Align daily warehouse activities with the section's quality and delivery goals.
• Promote compliance with working standards, work instructions, 5S/7S, Kaizen, Environmental Health and Safety requirements, RBA and social responsibility standards, and company asset protection requirements.
• Support Molex management systems and continuous-improvement practices, including TQM, Global Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and carry out other warehouse-related responsibilities assigned by management.
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• College degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of 7S and Kaizen practices.
• Experience with order-to-shipment processes, barcode systems, and SAP.
• Experience providing on-the-job training and supporting basic team management and performance assessment.

• University degree.
• Experience leading warehouse operators in a finished-goods warehouse.
• Practical exposure to TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and Environmental Health and Safety management systems.
