Your Job

The Officer, System supports production operations by managing production planning and manufacturing system data, coordinating plan execution, and monitoring order progress. This role works closely with production leaders and supervisors to ensure system information reflects actual shopfloor operations, production risks are identified early, and delivery and output targets are supported

Our Team

This position is part of the DSS Operations team in Vietnam and reports to the Assembly Manager or Supervisor. The team works closely with production and other functions to maintain accurate manufacturing data, execute production plans, and support operational improvement

What You Will Do

• Coordinate with production leaders to monitor shift activities and ensure production orders are processed and confirmed accurately in the relevant systems.
• Maintain accurate production information, including production plans, output, work-in-progress, order status, material movements, quality records, and maintenance-related data.
• Monitor production progress and order status against daily and weekly plans to support output targets and on-time shipment.
• Verify alignment between actual shopfloor activities and data recorded in SAP and OpCenter, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot production system errors and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues that may affect production continuity or data accuracy.
• Maintain production master data, including routing, bills of materials, work centers, and material information.
• Support supervisors in preparing and releasing production plans, evaluating execution risks, and identifying potential delays, material shortages, or capacity gaps.
• Provide SAP and OpCenter process guidance, on-the-job training, and coaching to production leaders and team members.
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• College degree or above.
• At least four years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of production control, manufacturing processes, and quality management.
• Experience using SAP or a comparable manufacturing or production management system.
• Experience creating work standards or instructions and providing on-the-job training or coaching.
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands-on experience with SAP and OpCenter in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production planning, BOM, routing, work centers, WIP management, and inventory control.
• Experience in performance assessment, basic people management, and continuous improvement activities.
