Job Description
- Achieve export sales targets and execute the sales process for FMCG products (dried fruits, nuts, etc.) within assigned markets.
- Finalize sales orders/contracts with customers, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, raw material details, production timeline, delivery schedule, payment terms, and other contractual clauses.
- Provide all necessary inputs and coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, quality control, etc.) to ensure orders are executed on schedule, meeting agreed specifications and standards.
- Conduct negotiations with customers when adjustments are required from related departments.
- Collaborate in developing and improving procedures related to order execution.
- Gather and share market intelligence to support market research and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to handle customer complaints effectively and maintain strong relationships.
- Support the launch of new products and propose new projects to expand sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in export sales for FMCG (beverages, food, etc.), Agriculture
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.
- Proactive, honest, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
