Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies tailored to India, Middle East, and South Africa markets.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with distributors, importers, buyers and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitor activities in these regions.
Act as a cultural bridge, ensuring TEKCOM adapts effectively to local business practices and customer expectations.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure our plans are aligned with the broader company goals, allowing us to track progress, adjust as necessary, and stay on target
Close collaboration with internal teams (CS, product development, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Represent TEKCOM at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events in the assigned markets.
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to guide company strategy.
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in building materials, wood products, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Familiarity with import/export regulations, trade finance, and plywood/wood products industry is a strong plus.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally
Flexibility with work hours to accommodate different time zones.
Experience with CRM tools and international trade processes.
