About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) with strong Korean language skills to join our training & mentoring program. As a Mentor BrSE, you will guide young IT engineers, share industry knowledge, and bridge communication between Korean clients and technical team.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train junior BrSEs, ensuring they understand both technical and communication skills.
- Support communication between Korean/Japanese clients and the development team.
- Review project requirements, specifications, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Share best practices in IT project management and cross-cultural collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong Korean communication skills.
- Experience working as a BrSE or similar role in IT projects.
- Solid understanding of software development processes.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
