Fresher/Junior Business Analyst (Japanese)

What youll do:

Gather & analyze requirements, support documentation & reports

Bridge communication between internal teams & Japanese clients

Support project tracking & ensure quality deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelors in IT/Business/related fields

Good communication & teamwork skills

Japanese (N3 or above) is a big plus

Experience with BA/PM tools (Jira, Redmine) is preferred
