As we entered a new chapter with our refreshed brand, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate our voice in the global marketplace and lead our marketing strategy with creativity, precision, and passion for Asia.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of the MakeYourAsia brand and drive the execution of our marketing strategy across B2B (incentives, corporate travel, partnerships) and a portion of B2C premium travel segments.
This is a management role, reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory and positioning in key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
A) Brand & Strategy
- Lead and develop the MakeYourAsia brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels and markets.
- Work with the CEO to design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen our presence in Asia and internationally.
- Position MakeYourAsia as a premium boutique operator through storytelling, brand partnerships, and thought leadership.
B) Campaigns & Digital Presence
- Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and loyalty.
- Oversee and optimize company websites (makeyourasia.com and localized versions) for engagement, SEO, and lead conversion.
- Develop and manage digital channels (social media, newsletters, paid ads) with a content strategy that reflects our brand voice and premium positioning.
C) Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Identify and nurture opportunities in new and emerging markets, focusing on B2B partnerships, incentive and corporate travel buyers.
- Support sales teams with tailored marketing materials, proposals, and campaign activations.
D) Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, ensuring clear alignment with company objectives.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or travel-related industries (experience in a tour operator or incentive travel company strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and brand building in international markets.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, Polish) are a plus.
