Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of the MakeYourAsia brand and lead our marketing efforts to the next level. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be pivotal in shaping the companys growth and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Manage and develop the MakeYourAsia brand, ensuring consistency across all markets and platforms.
- Strategic Development: Work closely with the CEO to design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and brand recognition.
- Team Management: Oversee the marketing team, aligning their efforts with company objectives and ensuring high performance.
- Website Oversight: Supervise the development and ongoing optimization of our websites (makeyourasia.com, and other language versions) to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and support marketing opportunities in new and emerging markets.
- Campaigns and Initiatives: Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to support sales, branding, and customer acquisition goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Filipino, , Polish, Vietnamese) is a plus.
