Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy
while actively executing campaigns and digital initiatives. This is a
hybrid role that combines leadership with hands-on responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys strategy but isnt afraid to dive into execution.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and the Company&aposs mission and vision which can be changed from time to time due to the market changes.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Critically analyse marketing projects and reports and give the roundly insightful companys marketing performance monthly, quarterly to the Head S&M together with recommendation, proposal, and strategic plannings for the next terms.
- Report on marketing KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and lead small marketing teams, mentoring and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers).
Brand & Content Management
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content: blogs, case studies, videos, social media posts, newsletters.
- Manage marketing collateral for sales support, events, and digital campaigns.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Plan and run performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Manage SEO and SEM to optimize website traffic and search visibility.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and marketing automation workflows.
- Track and report on digital campaign performance, analyzing conversion data to optimize future campaigns.
Social Media & Community Management
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage content calendars and publish across relevant platforms.
- Monitor social conversations, respond to queries, and grow our online community.
Analytics & Market Research
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics for management.
Event & Partnership Marketing
- Support online and offline events (webinars, fairs, activations) by creating promotional plans.
Collaborate with franchise and agency partners to co-create marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Masters is a plus).
- 5-8 years of marketing experience with a mix of strategic and hands-on execution roles with at least 3 years in a manager position.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- Marketing project management.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
