Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Development Manager with a strong background in marketing and sales within the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC, and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Touristalia&aposs market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and resources.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a tour operator company, airline, or DMC.
• Fluency in English for business communication.
• Proven track record in marketing and sales.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
