Marketing Admin

• Support contract process: legal review, contracts signing, liquidation, payment
• Support PR/PO process: vendor creation, item code creation, PR creation, PO post receipt
• Process Free-of-charge sales orders for all marketing activities
• Assist with APAC regional admin task such as multi country presentations and data reports and files organization
  

Market Intelligence

• Gather and analyze industry and market data for monthly report and for NPD projects
• Prepare data-driven recommendations and assist data-driven decisions for different sales and marketing channels
  

Brand Marketing

• Support brand marketing activities where needed, including consumer promotion, marketing materials production, product portfolio management and NPDs
  

Digital Marketing

• Support digital marketing where needed, including social media, social outreach and website management

E-commerce:

• Support in product and price listing process
  

Education

Job Requirements

• Is pursuing or Graduate in Marketing, Business Management or similar relevant field
  

Experience

• Prior internship experience is a plus
  

Skills

• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to use video editing tools is an advantage
• Able to communicate well in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  
  

Organized, team-oriented and with positive attitude
