The main purpose of the Marketing Intern position is to support to execute Marketing activities focused on Thematic & Branding Campaign, Customer Experience & CRM Activities.
Job Description:
1. Thematic & Branding Campaign - 40%
- Support the implementation of Marketing activities for Guardian retail chain & Private Brand (OB) according to the Marketing Plan developed by line manager.
- Coordinate with Marketing Internal team, Trade, Operation, and related departments and Agency to ensure timelines & deliverable quality are met.
- Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure the implementation of monthly key promotion activities across communication channels (social media, influencers, etc.).
2. Customer Experience & CRM Activities - 40%
- Respond, handle, and resolve promptly to customer inquiries/ complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions; details of inquiries, comments, and complaints; details of actions taken.
- Set up Monthly Advertising on LCD screen in various touch points at store by operating the Content Management System (Omos)– Retail Media.
- Manage and update new location on Google maps for NSO stores.
- Collect customer information from minigame participants and consolidate prize distribution.
3. Others - 20%
- Monitor competitors and prepare reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
