Role Overview

The Marketing Director will be the brand builder and growth driver for VTC Academy. You will define and execute strategies that strengthen our brand, attract new learners, and position us as the leading academy for digital competencies in Vietnam.

This is not a corporate maintenance role its a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to make an impact, experiment, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Branding & Positioning
  • Build and execute VTC Academys brand strategy to position us as the most pioneering digital competency academy in Vietnam.
  • Lead brand storytelling across channels to inspire students, parents, and industry partners.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and community engagement, especially among young audiences.
  1. Digital & Growth Marketing
  • Design and implement digital-first campaigns across performance marketing, social media, content, SEO/SEM, email, and partnerships.
  • Drive lead generation and student acquisition through data-driven marketing.
  • Experiment with growth-hacking initiatives to accelerate awareness and enrollment.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI and impact.
  1. Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build and mentor a young, energetic marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, academic, and product teams to align on enrollment and growth goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively while maintaining an agile, startup mindset.
  • Work with external partners (agencies, media, influencers) to amplify campaigns.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Experience

  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in branding and digital marketing (experience in education, edtech, or consumer tech is a plus).
  • Experience leading young, agile teams or projects

Skills & Traits

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building.
  • Energetic, proactive, and entrepreneurial thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to balance strategy and execution
