Job Overview and Responsibilities
+ Develop & Implement International Marketing Strategy:
- Plan overall marketing strategies for key markets (US, EU, Africa, Latin America, etc.).
- Position us as a reliable, professional, large-scale hair extension supplier in the global market.
+ Manage Export Marketing Activities:
- Organize and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, SEO, email marketing, paid ads).
- Collaborate with the international Sales team to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads, supporting revenue growth.
- Develop and manage multilingual content tailored to each market.
+ Branding & Communications:
- Manage brand image, messaging, and promotional campaigns for APOHAIR worldwide.
- Lead international PR activities, including trade fairs and hair industry events in the US, EU, Nigeria, Brazil, etc.
+ Team Management:
- Build, train, and manage the Marketing team (digital, content, design, PR).
- Develop KPIs, supervise performance, and report directly to the Board of Directors.
+ Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor global hair extension market trends and customer behavior.
- Analyze competitors and propose competitive strategies for different segments.
- Undertake international business trips.
- Meet customers in person to gain market insights and build relationships.
+ Reporting:
- Provide periodic reports and strategic marketing advice to the Board of Directors/Executive Board.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in international marketing; preference for candidates with experience in beauty/hair/fashion/export industries.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and international branding skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of B2B Digital Marketing, international SEO, multi-platform advertising, trade marketing, and international exhibitions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Priority given to candidates fluent in multiple languages.
