1. Job Objectives
- Develop a strong partner network (retail merchants, F&B chains, local businesses).
- Drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness of Deligo in the assigned area.
- Contribute to market expansion strategy and maintain long-term partnerships.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Actively visit the market to approach and convince partners to use Deligo delivery services.
- Introduce, consult, and present companys logistics solutions and promotion policies.
- Negotiate, close deals, sign contracts, and monitor cooperation performance & revenue.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and propose business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Analytics) to support partners.
3. Requirements
- College/University degree (Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics preferred).
- 13 years of experience in Sales/BD B2B; advantage in F&B, delivery, logistics, FMCG.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and willing to work on-field with frequent travel.
- Prefer candidates with knowledge of technology applications and delivery services.
