As a Manager, Product Development & Commercialization - Apparels, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading the product development and commercialization processes for apparel items from concept to production.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, functionality, and alignment with market needs.
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project goals efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical requirements throughout the production process.
• Partnering with suppliers to optimize production processes and enhance product innovation.
• Identifying and addressing potential risks during product development and commercialization.
• Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
