- The job holder is responsible for all financial local reporting such as: MOF, financial statements, statistic reports and ad hoc local report, as well as non-IFRS17 group reporting.
- Act as main contract point with local authorities related to local reporting matters
- Support to collect and analyse financial market intelligence

THE JOB:

  • Responsible for preparing major local reports, reviewing and consolidate all other local reports before sending to Director to review and submission.
  • Prepare non-IFRS17 group reporting.
  • Responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts.
  • Manage the finance closing project to make sure the closing process are efficient.
  • Act as expertise for local reporting
  • Review and propose FIN reporting system enhancement and maintenance
  • Other tasks as assigned.

THE PERSON:

  • A bachelor's degree in accountancy / finance or a professional accountancy qualification CPA/ ACCA
  • 7-10 years financial reporting experience for medium to large enterprises (preferable in Life insurance)
  • Must possess high integrity and able to communicate well with related stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Have knowledge about Life Insurance
  • Understand IFRS and VAS standard
  • Results oriented and metrics driven
  • Familiar with Oracle is a plus
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Preferred Technical Skills: Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Programming & Automation: Python, VBA, Alteryx
