This pivotal role will directly shape our competitive edge and reputation in the pharmaceutical industry by ensuring absolute legal and regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and providing expert counsel on all company activities. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to our leadership, safeguarding GONSA Subsidiary &aposs integrity and facilitating its sustainable growth in a dynamic and highly regulated market.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate law matters, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Transactional Work: Lead legal due diligence, drafting, and negotiation for significant business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Corporate Governance: Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on governance issues, shareholder rights, and fiduciary duties to ensure ethical and legal standards are maintained.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across all business operations. Develop and implement strategies to prevent disputes and protect company assets.
- External Relations: Manage relationships with external legal firms and regulatory bodies, acting as the company&aposs primary legal representative.
- Internal Leadership: Supervise legal staff, oversee internal legal processes, and provide legal training to other departments as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the legal field, with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry being a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate law, Labor law,... and the legal environment relevant to the company&aposs operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Legal Adaptability: Knowledgeable in adjusting and applying legal principles within the cultural and legal framework of various business types and situations. Excellent ability to analyze complex issues and to recommend practical solutions clearly and concisely.
