About OnPoint

OnPoint runs e-commerce at scale for multinational consumer brands on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, across Vietnam and Thailand. If a brand sells online in Southeast Asia, there's a good chance we're behind it.

What You'll Do

• Rotate through three 4-month stations in Year 1 — your home business unit plus two mandatory core functions (Commercial, Data & Analytics, Operations/Finance). No silos, no shadowing.
• Own a real project workstream in Year 2, backed by a named mentor, an executive sponsor, and a deliverable that actually shows up on a P&L.
• Hit four formal career gates on the way to Team Leader by month 24 — Confirmed (M6) → Associate/Specialist (M12) → Senior Specialist (M18) → Team Leader (M24).

Requirements

• Final-year student or graduated within the last 2 years.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or above.
• Working English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, or ready to relocate.
• Learning agility, result orientation, adaptability, commercial curiosity - and the resilience to ask for help before you break.
