As a Logistics Coordinator at Otto International, you will be monitoring shipments, coordinating with the merchandising department, vendors, forwarders and customers to make sure documents/e-documents are correct and the cargoes are delivered at destination smoothly.
How will you make a difference
- Guide supplier on document issuance.
- Check all shipping documents from vendors to ensure all details are correct and complete.
- Coordinate with related parties to fix any issue found during document verification.
- Send documents to related parties for customs clearance and payment processing.
- Guide supplier on shipment arrangement.
- Monitor shipment from booking to goods arrival.
- Fix any issue that occurs during shipment arrangement.
- Maintain shipment data in internal and external systems.
- Track payment status.
- Support inbound and outbound parcel handling.
- Internal report analysis and verification.
Who we are looking for
- Professional education in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Management or relevant.
- More than 2 years of experience and preferably experience in the same position/industry in a representative office.
- Be patient, active, accurate at work and team spirit.
- Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure.
- Good command of office PC.
- Clear communication skills, including written and verbal skills.
- Good organisational and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
