Logistics Manager (Korean)

(1) BROAD SCOPE:

- Import/Export Operation job for our client&aposs customers

(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a) Import Job:

- Manage Import operation overall.

- Annual local contract (Bidding session , APS, LBS, Legal review, KMS).

- Make quotation for abnormal cargo, Set up FOB Ocean Import rate send to customer.

- Control monthly KPI Import (ontime BL, CD, AN...).

- Dealing with Issues & Irregularities: Controlling issue related Cargoes : Delay cargoes, Partial, Damage, Irregularity, Follow and Control & Countermeasure & Solving issue of import cargo.

(b) Export Job:

- Manage Export operation overall.

- Air/ Border truck: Forecast.

- Control monthly KPI/ IRRE/ MATERIAL report, Volume report.

- AR/AP set up rate.

- Annual local contract (Bidding session , APS, LBS, Legal review, KMS).

- Dealing with Issues incase has any exception or abnormal fee, discuss with customer and LSP to fix issue.

- Assisting and Supporting Manager Board in solve all related customers requests.

- Controlling activities and Performance of all forwarders in terms of service quality.

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelors Degree or above, significant in Logistics, Supply chain, or Business field.

- Excellent English language communication skills.

(b) EXPERIENCE:

- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics field.

(c) SKILLS:

- Computer: Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Words.

- Good communication skills: both speaking and writing.

- Positive attitude, able to be multi-tasked.

-Korean or Korean speaking preferred
