Logistics Coordinator ($800)

Company Description: located in Binh Thanh - HCM

Role Description

• Contact suppliers to purchaseand import domestic and foreign goods
• Make orders & send to the factory and monitor the order
• Arrange shipping schedules for all shipments
• Monitoring sea andaviation activity, tracking and updating the shipment&aposs progress, and making sure it leaves on time.
• Responsible for keeping track of import vouchers, processing import shipments through customs
• Coordinatewith the sales department to estimate the volume of items being imported.
• Check and respond to the customer&aposs delivery date based on the status of inventory and import orders.
• Receive orders, prepare sales contracts
• Solveall related issues including quality issues, delivery issues
• Control delivery schedule and regularly update the process to easily coordinate & forecast imported goods

Qualifications

• Graduated from University in the major of Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the field of Logistic, expertise in import and domestic delivery
• Have purchasing experience (just need to make an order contact the factory abroad)
• Good at English.
