1. Position Overview

2. Key responsibilities

Logistics Operations

Coordinate import and export logistics activities, including shipment booking, transportation arrangements, customs clearance coordination and document management.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
Process and verify logistics-related invoices and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.

Indirect Procurement

Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and supply reliability.
Support supplier selection, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, contract administration, and delivery follow-up.
Work closely with Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal control requirements.

3. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, import-export, procurement or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of import-export procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance and freight forwarding processes.
Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and payment processing.
Good analytical skills and cost awareness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

4. Benifit:

Gross salary: up to 20 million VND/month
Official Labor Contract with full Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI)
100% insurance contribution based on the full salary
