Job Description:
Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and secure new locker deployment opportunities across strategic locations, and manage full acquisition cycle
- Be part of the acquisition team to expand SPX Locker network coverage and achieve effective acquisition practices
- Monitor and analyse locker performance and operational metrics to provide solutions that optimise network productivity and target achievement
- Work with team managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy
Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement:
- Partner with relevant teams and external stakeholders such as landlords and site partners to ensure smooth deployment execution and satisfactory customer experience
- Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is preferred
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
- Good communication capability and enjoy client facing work
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
