- Ensure the quality of Live streaming activities for KOLs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to company guidelines and terms of service.
- Maintain performance consistency of top-performing KOLs, driving sustained sales growth and engagement even during non-campaign periods.
- Enhance and develop KOL potential to ensure long-term, sustainable income generation for creators.
- Execute recruitment and acquisition strategies to onboard high-quality Creators/KOLs from competing platforms and drive active participation on Shopee.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of campaigns and missions to incentivize and maintain consistent KOL activity.
- Provide data-driven insights and visibility support, equipping KOLs with product information and tools to optimize their overall performance.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of professional relevant working experience. (if having an experience in Project Management fields is a plus)
- Fresh Graduate is welcome.
- Great communication with the ability to speak fluently to business people, designers, and other stakeholders
- Able to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external parties.
- Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic and data-driven environment
- Self-initiate and can-do attitude person
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional English skills (reading / writing / listening / speaking)
