Customer Service Executive /Merchandiser B2B

*Responsibilities:

• Work with customers on orders: confirm orders, track order progress, update delivery information.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure delivery schedule and product quality.
• Respond to all customer requests and handle complaints according to company standards and regulations.
• Work with relevant departments to monitor and collect customer debts.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
• Working hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday morning.
• Working location: Jang Trim Office - 100 Nguyen Thi Nhung, Van Phuc Zone, Hiep Binh Ward, HCMC

*Requirements:

• College/University graduate in relevant fields
• At least 1 year of experience; priority given to candidates with Merchandiser experience in garment companies or B2B environments.
• Basic English communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Careful, detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
