We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations and Product teams to deliver excellent customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance through multiple support channels. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback is captured and solutions are implemented effectively.
Role Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels..
- Resolve customer issues effectively by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and guiding users step-by-step.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Product, Technical, or Operations) and follow up until resolution.
- Educate customers about product features, services, and updates in a simple, approachable way..
- Collect and relay feedback from customers to internal teams to help improve product and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required if you have relevant customer service experience.
- 12 years in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, e-commerce, hospitality, or online customer service).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills are welcome.
- Comfortable using live chat, email, and phone support platforms.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and empathy skills to build trust and reassure customers.
- Ability to simplify explanations for non-technical customers.
- Skilled at de-escalating frustrated customers and turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Nice to have
- Advanced English
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or consumer apps.

Salary & Allowance
- Salary: 7,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND
- Performance review: twice per year & bonus up to 2 months salary end of year; quarterly award
